USA: $5 flat rate, free shipping on orders over $50.
Canada: $9 flat rate, free shipping on orders over $80.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We're a small company, so please allow up to 6 business days for your order to ship. You'll get an email and tracking number when your order is on its way! 

MyWoodlandAnimals products are printed-on-demand and custom-made individually when you order. During Holiday Season, production times might be longer.
Domestic orders ship to you with USPS.

  

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped. 

 

WHY DID I GET MORE THAN ONE PACKAGE?

We work with a few different handpicked printing partners and suppliers. Therefore you might receive multiple package if you you ordered more than one item.

 

HOW WILL MY ORDER FIT?

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

At MyWoodlandAnimals, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However,  it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at customerservice@mywoodlandanimals.com and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.
